The Truth... What is it?

Another Special Life in Christ

These testimony lives are not stories of "role models". Jesus is the role model!
These are lives wonderfully touched & changed by Jesus!

Dinesh D'Souza:

Dinesh was born Catholic in Mumbai (Bombay), India; his family comes from a part of India called Goa (a Portuguese colony until 1961), his ancestors having eagerly converted to Christianity several centuries ago.

In India, you cannot escape the social class that you are born into. So, many low-class Hindus rushed into the arms of the Christian missionaries so as to be baptized into a faith indicating that God sees all humans as equal in His eyes. Dinesh left Indian and came as an immigrant to America when he was age 17. He quickly saw America as essentially the ONLY nation offering "ladders of opportunity". He claims that he was little more than a social Christian until he married a lady (Dixie) who was a committed evangelical Christian. In about 2008, they started attending a Calvary Chapel church in San Diego where he found Christians who wanted to go to church (not just social Christians) & did so more than once per week and who had lives passionately engaged in the Christian faith walk.

As he saw the new atheism emerging, he joined his scholarship and more passionate Christianity together to write What's So Great About Christianity.

He is the Rishwain Research Scholar at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, served as senior domestic policy analyst in the White House in 1987-1988. He is the best-selling author of Illiberal Education, The End of Racism, Ronald Reagan: How an Ordinary Man Became an Extraordinary Leader, The Virtue of Prosperity, What's So Great About America, and What's So Great About Christianity, The Root's of Obama's Rage, and Life After Death, The Evidence (2009). And he produced two amazing movie documentaries, (1) in 2012, "2016: Obama's America" and (2) "America: Imagine the World Without Her?".

In 1992, D'Souza married Dixie Brubaker, whom he first met when he worked in Washington, D.C. They have one daughter, born in 1995. They were living in Ranch Santa Fe, California; he filed for divorce in 2012. Politically singled out, he started serving an 8 month prison sentence (related to campaign contributions) in Sept. 2014 and was charged a fine. In 2016, he married again to Deborah "Debbie" Fancher.

He defends the believer against the atheist in his Christianity books, noting that Christianity in particular is supported by science & high intellectual reason.

The atheists are usually arguing against Christianity because they can only deal in material evidence: to be true evidence in favor of a position, the evidence must be (in their style of faith) material...that is, everything ultimately "reduces" to a material reality ("reductive materialism"). He also focuses on the fact that atheists decry Christian atrocities of over 500 years ago which pale in comparison to the killing (by the "big 3") of over 100 million people by the 3 atheists Hitler, Stalin, and Mao within a 50 year period in the 1900s.

He holds up the atheist as being capable of horrendous crimes against humanity (check man's inhumanity to man). In his 2016 convocation speech at Liberty University, he points out, among many other highly interesting things (especially his view that America offers "ladders of opportunity"), the critical danger for Americans...especially Christians...if Hillary R. Clinton becomes president in the Nov. 8th, 2016 election, HERE.
